About Curve
Curve Training & Consultancy offer workplace training, mentoring & assessments across the railway network in Northern Ireland.
We provide NIR Rulebook Training, Safety-Critical Communications, Points Awareness, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, Mentoring, and Workplace Assessments.
Training events can be held during office hours, evenings, nights or weekends to assist with fatigue management and shift patterns.
At Curve we create a supportive environment for our candidates, including those with barriers to learning. Our trainers and assessors draw on their experiences to ensure candidates gain the most from their time with us.
Our training rooms are conveniently located in Lisburn, but we also offer online or hybrid training.
